Order processing

• Your order is put into production immediately upon receipt of first payment.
• When Your order is ready nished our transport department will contact you by email or phone to confirm the delivery date.

Delivery

We make deliveries by USA transport Companies, with hudge experienced in sofa delivery business.

Overall production and delivery time is normally no longer than 8–10 weeks except for Italian August holidays and Christmas time when 1–2 extra weeks delays are possible.

New new new:

We deliver now all over Canada, in 10-12 weeks. Contact us for shipment costs.

Warranty

Our packing, handling and shipping procedures are performed by highly qualified staff ensuring that you receive your order with no damage or defect. If any product is damaged during shipping, we will fix it immediately.

The top quality leather we use is exclusively produced by Italian producers and is cured and tanned in Arzignano and Vicenza
( Northern Italy ).

All our sofas are produced in Altamura 70022 (BA)( Southern Italy ) by people with long experience in sofa production business .

Return Policy

All sofas are coming directly form our factory in South of Italy . Customer can refuse items , if they are damaged during the shipment ( transport ) or damaged during the delivery , or they have broken or damaged parts in the body ... In all other cases , cost of return is in charge of customer . The reimbursement is made when items arrive to our factory in Italy
